PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a resistance welder, which is enabled to weld precisely while preventing the warp of a horn for holding the electrode.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an electrode for a resistance welder, in which a vertically movable guide pin 5 is built in the upper end portion of a tubular electrode holder 3 and in which the electrode holder 3 is mounted on the lower portion side of a C-shaped frame 21. A stick-shaped rod member 8 is mounted downward in the shape of a straight line on the lower end portion of the electrode holder 3, and is grounded at its lower end to the ground surface G. It is preferable that an annular cooling device 10 covering the outer circumference of the electrode holder 3 is mounted on the upper portion of the electrode holder 3. |
