摘要 Provided is an organic light emitting display (OLED) device. A switching thin-film transistor and a driving thin film transistor each having a gate electrode, an active layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode are formed on a substrate. The switching thin-film transistor is an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor, and the driving thin film transistor is a LTPS thin film transistor. At least one electrode of a first storage capacitor is an active layer of the driving thin film transistor. One electrode of a second storage capacitor is any one from the source electrode and the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The other electrode of the first storage capacitor and the other electrode of the second capacitor are the active layer of the switching thin film transistor or the gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The present invention can use advantages of both the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor by using a mixed structure of the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor to drive the OLED device. In addition, multi-capacitor is implemented, and an area that the storage capacitor occupies is reduced at the same time.
