PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that heating treatment is required for curing resin or after heating a core when manufacturing a reactor by fixing a plurality of partial cores with resin, and a long time is required for heating treatment because a core must be heated while preventing the coil from being overheated.SOLUTION: A non-completed reactor 10, where a coil is wound around a non-completed core to which a plurality of partial cores are fixed temporarily, is subjected to high frequency heating. Such a relation that the temperature rise rate of the coil is larger than that of the core can be obtained by selecting the frequency of high frequency heating. The core can be heated while preventing the coil from being overheated, by performing high frequency heating while selecting the frequency. Heating can be carried out in a short time by high frequency heating, and the heating treatment time can be shortened. |
