The present invention relates to an apparatus inserting a medical thread. The apparatus includes an injection needle, a needle fixing part, the medical thread, and a cover. The injection needle is formed in a hollow shape, and the needle fixing part is mounted at one distal end of the injection needle. The medical thread includes: an absorbable surgical suture having one portion which is inserted into the injection needle in an opposite direction of the injection needle which is coupled to the injection needle, and another portion provided at an outside; and a gold thread having a portion inserted into the injection needle in the opposite direction of the injection needle which is coupled to the injection needle and provided at the outside to fix and support the absorbable surgical suture to the injection needle. The cover protects the injection needle and the medical thread. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a product amount of a natural material is increased through the medical thread including the absorbable surgical suture and the gold thread. The medical thread can be used for a long period of term, so costs can be saved and the natural material can be created over a long period of term.
