The present invention relates to wrist guards for bowling and, more particularly, to wrist guards for bowling capable of easily adjusting a horizontal angle and a vertical angle of a wrist, stably maintaining the adjusted angle, protecting the wrist when bowling, and stably progressing a game as the wrist is stably supported during the game. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the wrist guards for bowling comprises: an arm wear plate fixed to an arm; a back of a hand holder supporting the back of a hand; and a connecting plate of connecting the arm wear plate to a back of a hand stand. A first connecting portion is formed on the connecting plate, and a second connecting portion is formed on the back of a hand holder to allow the first and second connecting portions to be combined to be vertically rotated by hinge-combination. |
