PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy monitoring device capable of adequately performing so-called masking that restricts the initiation of a power saving promotion measure until a predetermined condition is satisfied, depending on various power use forms of respective companies.SOLUTION: An electric energy monitoring device 10, which is configured so that output of an excess prediction signal is restricted until a restriction release condition is satisfied, comprises actual usage data storage means 50 for storing actual power usage data for each predetermined period. The restriction release condition is set on the basis of actual usage data in a corresponding predetermined period of the actual usage data stored in the actual usage data storage means 50, and is satisfied in the case that cumulative electric energy, which is measured by electric energy measurement means 11 and accumulated from the beginning of a unit time, is equal to or more than "target electric energy×a load factor." |
