Provided in the present invention are: an adhesive composition equipped with excellent antistatic performance, has corrosion resistance, and has low pollution; an adhesive film using the same; and a surface protective film. The adhesive composition of the present invention comprises a (meth)acrylic-based polymer, which has a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer with the carbon number of C1 to C14 of an alkyl group as a main ingredient. The adhesive composition comprises a polyether compound and an ionic compound having the melting point higher than or equal to 30°C. The ionic compound having the melting point higher than or equal to 30°C is not an alkali metal salt.
