PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key authentication system, key authentication method, and program which achieve a low cost and high security.SOLUTION: A key authentication system 100 comprises: a wireless communication terminal 110 including a communication tag reader 111, two-way communication unit 112, encryption unit 113, and authentication date holding unit 114; and an electronic lock control device 120 including a communication tag 121, two-way communication unit 122, decryption unit 123, and authentication unit 124. The communication tag reader 111 acquires pairing information from the communication tag 121 by a first communication system. The two-way communication unit 112 establishes communication with the two-way communication unit 122 by a second communication system by using the pairing information. The encryption unit 113 encrypts authentication data held by the authentication data holding unit 114. The two-way communication unit 112 transmits the encrypted authentication data by the second communication system. The decryption unit 123 decrypts the encrypted authentication data. The authentication unit inspects the decrypted authentication data. |
