PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating cooker that improves ease of use by making a cooking plate lighter and simpler and, in addition, is able to quickly and securely uniformize the temperature distribution of a plurality of cooking recessed parts when the cooking plate is heated via a heating plate by an electric heater.SOLUTION: An electric heating cooker comprises: a circular electric heater that heats a heating plate in a body; and a cooking plate 4. In the electric heating cooker, a cooking recessed part is formed on the surface side of each of a plurality of projecting parts 4A projecting on the back of the cooking plate 4. Also, each of a plurality of connecting projecting part 4B is formed in an arcuate shape forming at least part of a circumference concentric with the electric heater and connects adjacent projecting parts 4A along the circumference. In a placing posture in which the back of the cooking plate 4 is placed on the upper surface of the heating plate, the undersides of the connecting projecting parts 4B and the undersides of the projecting parts 4A connected by the connecting projecting parts 4B define a circular contact part T that is in contact with the upper surface of the heating plate along the entire circumference. |
