Provided is a biological substance purification cartridge capable of preventing a plunger part from accidentally moving relative to a syringe part. The biological substance purification cartridge 1 according to the present invention is provided with a first protrusion section 510 on one of the inner circumferential surface of a first part 505 and the outer circumferential surface 604 of a cylindrical part 131, and is provided with a groove section 610 on the other one of the inner circumferential surface of the first part 505 and the outer circumferential surface 604 of the cylindrical part 131. The plunger part 130 can be moved in an insertion direction A relative to the syringe part 120 by the first protrusion section 510 being moved in the groove section 610. The groove section 610 has a step section 616 which makes contact with the first protrusion section 510 to limit the movement of the plunger part 130 in the insertion direction A. The limitation in the movement of the plunger part 130 in the insertion direction A by the step section 616 is negated by the plunger part 130 being rotated relative to the syringe part 120. |
