PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable one-way clutch excelling in assemblability and satisfactorily holding grease, and to provide a scooter equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch is configured to have a pair of semicircular plates 14. The semicircular plates are held between a clutch outer 10 and a clutch cover 16 to be pressed against the clutch outer via an elastic body 15. The semicircular plate has a cutout 17a in the outer periphery, and the elastic body flows in the cutout to press the mating surface 17 of the semicircular plate against the mating surface 17 of the other semicircular plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
