Provided are a driving circuit and a driving method for a touch device, the touch device and a display device. The driving circuit comprises an operational amplifier (21) and a control circuit (22). The negative input end of the operational amplifier (21) is connected to a touch sensing electrode of the touch device, and the positive input end of the operational amplifier (21) is connected to the control circuit (22). The control circuit (22) is used for regulating the voltage of the positive input end of the operational amplifier (21) within a first preset voltage range in the touch phase so as to control the touch sensing electrode to perform touch sensing, and is used for regulating the voltage of the positive input end of the operational amplifier (21) within a second preset voltage range in the display phase so as to shield outside static electricity.
