The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for transforming mushrooms and a method for producing an epidermal growth factor protein using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a vector including an expression construct suitable for mushroom transformation and a method for successfully producing various target proteins such as epidermal growth factor proteins from transgenic mushrooms using the vector. The recombinant expression vector is suitable for mushroom transformation and enables expression and acquisition of various proteins from mushrooms, particularly Pleurotus eryngii Quel (De Candolle ex Fries).
