The present invention relates to a sepsis diagnosing kit for detecting a canine IL-6 antigen. In particular, the sepsis diagnosing kit has a test strip comprising: a sample pad for absorbing a sample; a gold conjugation pad including a conjugate of gold and a monoclonal mouse anti-canine IL-6 antibody coupled with a canine IL-6 antigen in the sample; a test membrane having a test line having a polyclonal goat anti-canine IL-6 antibody fixed thereto and a control line having a polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG fixed thereto; and an absorption pad for absorbing the remaining amount of the sample. When the sepsis diagnosing kit according to the present invention is used, sepsis may be conveniently confirmed with a naked eye without performing a specific mechanical operation on a canine IL-6 antigen produced by sepsis.
