PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece having excellent temperature characteristics.SOLUTION: A vibration piece 2 has a substrate 3 and a conductive pattern 4 formed on the substrate 3. The conductive pattern 4 is constituted of a first excitation electrode 411, a second excitation electrode 412, a first connection electrode 421, a second connection electrode 422, first connection wiring 431 and second connection wiring 432. Such the vibration piece 2 is electrically connected to a first connection terminal 95 and a second connection terminal 96 via the first connection electrode 421 and the second connection electrode 422. Where a resistance value of the first connection wiring 431 is represented by R1, a resistance value of the second connection wiring 432 is represented by R2 and a resistance value between the first connection electrode 421 and the second connection electrode 422 is represented by R3, R1, R2 and R3 satisfy a relational expression of 0.1≤R2/R3 while satisfying a relational expression of 0.1≤R1/R3. |
