PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a liquid ejecting head capable of securely wiping liquid without making the liquid remain in a step section even when a fixing plate is fixed to a nozzle forming surface and capable of preventing leakage, to the nozzle forming surface, of an adhesive making the nozzle forming surface and the fixing plate adhere to each other; a liquid ejecting apparatus; and a method of manufacturing the liquid ejecting head.SOLUTION: A fixing member 16 fixing a head unit 15 including a nozzle forming surface 39 on which nozzles 38 ejecting liquid are opened includes a fixing plate section 55 on which an exposure opening section 55 exposing the nozzles 38 of the nozzle forming surface 39 is formed and which is joined to the nozzle forming surface 39 with the nozzle 38 exposed into the exposure opening section 55. A step section 58 recessed in the middle in the thickness direction of the fixing plate section 55 while leaving a thin-wall section 57 on an opposite surface side to a joining surface to the nozzle forming surface 39 is formed at a peripheral edge of the exposure opening section 55 of the fixing plate section 55. The thin-wall section 57 is bent in an inclined state from the opposite surface side to the joining surface toward the side of the nozzle forming surface 39. |
