PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of obtaining dew condensation preventing effect in a guide portion disposed outside of a heating chamber, improving heating efficiency of a heated object in the heating chamber, and significantly reducing salt content and oil content of the heated object in the heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a steam duct disposed outside of a heating chamber and guiding steam from a steam generator into the heating chamber, a superheated steam generating heater 20 disposed in the steam duct, and a control device 100. The control device 100 controls a saturated steam generating heater 57 and the superheated steam generating heater 20 so that the superheated steam generating heater 20 is switched ON and the saturated steam generating heater 57 is switched OFF in starting a heating cooking using the steam generated by the saturated steam generating heater 57, and then the superheated steam generating heater 20 is switched from ON to OFF, and the saturated steam generating heater 57 is switched from OFF to ON, when termination of preheating of the steam duct is determined. |
