PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a cellulose aqueous solution with a smaller number of aggregated fine particles.SOLUTION: A method of producing cellulose aqueous solution includes a dispersion step to charge cellulose into heated water for dispersion, a cooling step to cool an aqueous solution obtained in the dispersion step for dissolution of cellulose in the aqueous solution, and a centrifugation step to perform centrifugation for the aqueous solution after the cooling step in one or more steps. |
