PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information retrieval device which facilitates construction of a medical information cooperation system.SOLUTION: A medical information retrieval device 100 of a second medical facility transmits, to a third medical facility, retrieval request information (a Query) for querying a storage location of medical information provided by a first medical facility, and transmits, to the first medical facility, a retrieval result about the storage location corresponding to the Query provided by the third medical facility. The medical information retrieval device 100 of the second medical facility comprises: a Query reception section 2 for receiving the Query provided by the first medical facility; a Query transmission necessity determination section 8 for determining necessity of Query transmission to the third medical facility on the basis of the Query; a Query transmission section 10 for transmitting the Query to the third medical facility which is determined as having the necessity of the Query transmission; a retrieval result reception section 11 for receiving a retrieval result about registration information corresponding to the Query provided by the third medical facility; and a retrieval result transmission section 15 for transmitting the obtained retrieval result to the first medical facility. |
