The present invention relates to a device for improving an underwater environment including: a floating plate providing buoyancy for floating on a water surface and having multiple air supply paths therein; an inhabitation inducement frame mounted on a lower portion of the floating plate and having an air passage at a distance therein, the air passage transferring air supplied from the air supply path; an air supplier mounted on an upper portion of the floating plate and supplying oxygen to the inhabitation inducement frame by using the air supply path and the air passage; and a photovoltaic generator mounted at a distance on an upper edge of the floating plate and providing power for the air supplier. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an artificial structure is disposed in a stream so that a fish inhabitation environment is provided underwater and, above the water surface, an appropriate level of oxygen can be continuously supplied into the water in a state where the air supplier is provided via generated photovoltaic electric energy. According to the present invention, stream ecosystem preservation and water quality improvement can be achieved at the same time. |
