PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-emulsifying preparation containing a sterol glycoside.SOLUTION: A hard capsule preparation is formed by filling a composition having self-emulsifiability in a hard hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC) capsule. The composition having self-emulsifiability contains: an oily component (A) containing a sterol glycoside; polyhydric alcohol (B); water (C); and an emulsifier (D), wherein the weight ratio (C/B) of the water (C) and the polyhydric alcohol (B) is 3 pts.wt. or more (1/3 or less) of the polyhydric alcohol with respect to 1 pt.wt. of water. |
