PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etalon that can suppress the influence of reflection in a boundary surface between a pair of reflective films on the optical characteristics.SOLUTION: An etalon 1 includes: a first translucent body 7A having a first outer surface 51A constituting an incident surface and a first inner surface 55A on a rear face thereof; a second translucent body 7B having a second outer surface 51B constituting an outgoing surface and a second inner surface 55B on a rear face thereof, with the second inner surface 55B facing the first inner surface 55A and the second outer surface 51B being parallel to the first outer surface 51A; a first reflective film 5A covering the first outer surface 51A; and a second reflective film 5B covering the second outer surface 51B. The first inner surface 55A and the second inner surface 55B are inclined relative to the first outer surface 51A and the second outer surface 51B. |
