A re-liquefaction system and a fuel gas supply system are disclosed. The re-liquefaction system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first storage tank which stores liquefied gas therein; a second storage tank which stores the liquefied gas therein at a higher pressure than the first storage tank; and a first heat exchange part which performs heat exchange between the boil-off gas of the liquefied gas supplied from the first storage tank and the boil-off gas of the liquefied gas supplied from the second storage tank, wherein the boil-off gas of the liquefied gas supplied from the second storage tank is stored in the second storage tank through the first heat exchange part. Therefore, the present invention effectively uses the boil-off gas of liquefied ethane generated when the liquefied ethane is transferred.
