The engine (1) has a crankcase (20) whose interior space is filled with operating fluid e.g. engine oil. Through-holes (23, 24a) are closed with a lid on which a pressure relief valve (26) is provided. The valve opens when a predetermined pressure arising in the interior space exceeds so as to reduce pressure released in the interior space. A fluid output device (40) is placed adjacent to an outlet of the valve and to the interior space of a side of an exterior wall (22) of the case such that protection fluid is mixed with the operating fluid e.g. oil mist, during opening the valve. |
