The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system and a method for measuring straightness of a leg of a wind-turbine installation vessel (WTIV). The system for measuring straightness a rack using a position of detection of straight light comprises: a straight light generator which is installed at one end of the rack and irradiates straight light; multiple detection units which are installed on a path of the straight light irradiated by the straight light generator and detects a position of the straight light; a control unit which controls the multiple detection units and receives detection results of the multiple detection units; and an analysis unit which analyzes the detection results received by the control unit.
