1. An organic electroluminescence device, comprising:
an anode; an emitting layer; and a cathode, wherein the emitting layer comprises a first compound, a second compound, and a third compound, the first compound is a compound represented by formula (1), the second compound has a larger singlet energy than a singlet energy of the first compound, and the third compound is a fluorescent compound:where: Xa is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NR1 or CR3R4;
Xb, Xc, Xd and Xe are each independently a single bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NR1 or CR3R4; at least one of Xa, Xb, Xc, Xd and Xe is NR1; Xb and Xc are not single bonds at the same time and Xd and Xe are not single bonds at the same time; R1 is a hydrogen atom or a substituent; when R1 is a substituent, the substituent is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 5 to 30 ring atoms, and a group represented by -L1-R2; L1 is a single bond or a linking group; when L1 is a linking group, the linking group is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms and a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 5 to 30 ring atoms; R2 to R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent; when R2 to R4 are substituents, the substituents are each independently selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms and a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 5 to 30 ring atoms; and Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 are each independently a cyclic structure selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms and a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic ring having 5 to 30 ring atoms. |
