A reflective radiation heat dissipation substrate and light emitting element, for addressing the problem that the application of the current heat dissipation technique is subjected to space limitation; the light emitting element comprises: a light-transmissive base material (1) comprising a first surface (11) and a second surface (12) opposite to the first surface (11), a direction pointing to the first surface (11) from the second surface (12) being defined as a projecting direction (13); a reflective layer (2), disposed on the second surface (12); a far infrared radiation heat dissipation layer (3), disposed on the second surface (12) and located between the light-transmissive base material (1) and the reflective layer (2); at least one light emitting diode (4), disposed on the first surface (11). Working heat energy generated by the light emitting diode (4) is conducted to the far infrared radiation heat dissipation layer (3) through the light-transmissive base material (1) and is dissipated in the projecting direction (13) in the form of far infrared radiation. |
