The present invention relates to an L4 pumping-up power generation turbine using a water channel container installed on a structure, which uses an L4 generator charged using nighttime surplus electricity to pump water to a water channel container from a water tank using a water pump in daytime and accommodate the pumped water in a plurality of buckets to be rotated by a flow rate and gravity to generate power. According to the present invention, the L4 pumping-up power generation turbine comprises: a water channel container to induce water; and a turbine installed on the inside of the water channel container to store a prescribed amount of discharged water in buckets to operate the buckets. The water channel container comprises: a block accommodation unit in which the water is temporarily stored; and a water induction unit extended from the block accommodation unit in a longitudinal direction. A plurality of the water induction units are assembled. A plurality of water flow control rollers are installed on the inside of the water induction units and separated from each other. |
