The present invention relates to a method for producing alkaline mineral water with an increased mineral content. The method for producing alkaline mineral water with an increased mineral content comprises: a natural mineral addition step of adding natural mineral to purified water; a carbonate addition step of adding carbonate to a mixture produced via the natural mineral addition step; a mineral extraction step of extracting mineral by performing heating and mixing while introducing oxygen into a mixture produced via the carbonate addition step; a dilution step of adding purified water to the mixture from which the mineral has been extracted via the mineral extraction step; and a filtration step of filtering the mixture which has been diluted with the purified water via the dilution step. The mineral water produced via the processes has an increased mineral content because water molecules are activated through the introduction of oxygen at the step of extracting mineral and thus efficiency of extraction of various types of minerals included in the natural mineral is improved.
