The liquids X and Y satisfy the specific requirement, and when liquids X' and Y' are prepared by adding the surfactant to the liquid X and Y, respectively, to a content of V 2 percent by mass relative to the total mass of the respective liquids, the liquids X' and Y' satisfy a specific requirement.
