PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a foreign matter suction problem during vacuum suction of an article in a vacuum suction head 6.SOLUTION: A vacuum suction head 6 comprises: a tubular head body 15 having an air inlet 17 for vacuum sucking an article opened at one end and an air outlet 18 opened at the other end; and a nozzle 16 connected to the head body 15 and jetting compressed air toward the air outlet 18 side so that an air negative pressure is generated in the air inlet 17. Foreign matter sucked from the air inlet 17 into a head body 5 is discharged from the air outlet 18. |
