Disclosed is a welding tip removing device for spot welding. The welding tip removing device for the spot welding comprises: a base plate; a clamping cylinder; a slider; a clamping pad; an installation block; and a welding tip supporting unit. The base plate is installed by using a post installed in a workspace having a spot welding device having an upper and lower welding gun. The clamping cylinder includes an operating load, and is installed on one side of the upper part of the base plate. The slider is installed on a front end of the operating load of the clamping cylinder. The clamping pad is installed in the slider; is selectively touched to the outer circumference surface of the welding tip according to the operation of the clamping cylinder; and rotates/clamps the welding tip. The installation block is installed on the other side of the upper part of the base plate in response to the clamping pad. The welding tip supporting unit is installed on an upper part of the installation block; and clamps the welding tip with the clamping pad moved according to the operation of the clamping cylinder in a state of being touched to the outer circumference surface of the welding tip when the welding tip, which is installed in the upper and lower welding gun, is inserted.
