PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an explanation factor on the estimation of a force for pushing-out the coke of a carbonization chamber, from many measurement point data obtained by measuring the uneven shapes of the oven wall of the carbonization chamber, and estimate a coke push-out force supplied to control the push clogging of the coke.SOLUTION: A coke push-out force estimation method for estimating a push-out force on pushing-out the coke from the carbonization chamber of a coke oven after the finish of the carbonization is characterized by comprising a step (step S22) for referring a standard unevenness shape data obtained by calculating by a statistical means from the pre-calculated many oven wall unevenness shape data of the carbonization chamber, a step (step S23) for extracting the representative index of the oven wall unevenness measurement data from really measured oven wall unevenness measurement data of the carbonization chamber on the basis of the standard unevenness shape data, a step (step S24) for reflecting the representative index on the explanation factor of an estimation expression for a coke push-out force, and a step (step S26) for estimating the coke push-out force from the estimation expression. |
