The invention relates to a knife (10) having a casing (11) in which a blade support (12) can be moved between a safety position in which a blade (17) held on the blade support (12) is in the casing, a cutting position in which the blade (17) projects out of the casing (11), and a blade-change position in which the blade (17) projects out of the casing (11) to a greater extent than in the cutting position, and the knife (10) has an actuator that comprises a handle (13) with which the blade support (12) can be moved. The special feature is that the knife (10) has a latch (16) enabling the blade support (12) to be fixed in the blade-change position in an indirectly or directly releasable manner. |
