The system has a water supply unit (1) for supplying water, and a sprinkler (2) for sprinkling the water. A metallic pipe (3) connects the water supply unit with the sprinkler for sprinkling the water. The metallic pipe is formed partially as soft-steel metal pipe whose friction loss is defined according to the Hazen-Williams formula. The pipe includes an anti-corrosion coating formed inside the pipe, so as to ensure a constant value for the pipe in a range of 125 to 150 during commissioning of the fire extinguishing system. The anti-corrosion coating is formed by Aquence (RTM: water-based, chemical coating) process. |
