PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealing technology of an electroluminescence (EL) panel included in a light emitting device.SOLUTION: In the present invention, an absorption film having a property (absorbability) of absorbing water, oxygen, etc. is provided on an EL element sealed inside a space. As a result, it is possible that a function to absorb water and oxygen inside the space is easily provided, a sealing structure is formed without intrusion of oxygen and water inside the space because the absorption film can be formed continuously after the EL element is formed, and deterioration of the EL element can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
