Disclosed is a visual detection device for screw detection, comprising a circular indexing plate (12), wherein the circular indexing plate (12) is horizontally arranged on a machine frame (10), a plurality of grooves (16) for accommodating screws are arranged at the edge of the indexing plate (12) at equal intervals, and the grooves (16) extend from the edge of the indexing plate (12) to the centre of the indexing plate (12); a driving device; a feeding mechanism (18) for sequentially conveying the screws into the grooves (16); a first detection camera (26), a certified product discharging mechanism (30) and a defective product discharging mechanism (28) sequentially arranged in a rotation direction of the indexing plate (12), wherein the first detection camera (26) is horizontally right opposite to a screw on the indexing plate (12), the defective product discharging mechanism (28) is used to collect defective screws obtained by detection, and the certified product discharging mechanism (30) is used to collect certified screws obtained by detection; and a control mainframe for being connected to the defective product discharging mechanism (28), the certified product discharging mechanism (30), a first detection device and the first detection camera (26). By means of the device, automatic feeding is realised, an image processing technology is used for analysis and detection, and certified products and defective products are sorted.
