A touch screen display apparatus is provided. The touch screen display apparatus comprises: a display panel which includes an active region and an inactive region; a touch panel which includes a first region corresponding to the active region and a second region corresponding to the inactive region and is disposed to face the front surface of the display panel; a case which includes a base portion covering the rear surface of the display panel, a side portion covering the side surfaces of the display panel and the touch panel, and a protrusion covering the front surface of the second region of the touch panel; and a film window which is formed on the first region of the touch panel such that the side surface thereof is adjacent to the protrusion, wherein the front surface of the film window and the front surface of the case form a smooth surface. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the front surface of the film window and the front surface of the case form the smooth surface to minimize a height difference between the front surface of the film window and the front surface of the case, thereby facilitating a touch with respect to a peripheral portion of the film window. |
