<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system having high reliability on registered information. <P>SOLUTION: When information concerning an assay date is input from an input terminal to an information management server, a CPU compares information relating to the input assay date with information of the assay date stored in the column of the assay date 1 of an assay date table classified by machines (step S200). When the comparison does not agree, it is stored in the column of the assay date 1 of the assay date table 46 classified by machines (step S220). When the comparison agrees, it is stored in the column of the assay date of the assay date table 46 classified by machines (step S210). When information relating to the same assay date is input at least twice from the input terminal, information relating to the assay date is stored in the column of the assay date of the assay date table classified by machines.
