The invention relates to a novel product comprising at least one hyperoxygenated oil of plant origin, the definition of said oil in UV spectrophotometry being between 10 and 20 for factor E270 and between 8 and 60 for factor E232. Said product is also particularly useful in the prevention and the treatment not only of eschars, but also dry feet and callous bodies.
