The device for the snap-fit assembly of an internal body (2) carrying a retractable writing tip (3) which is longitudinally integral with a frontmost element (1) of an external body of the pencil or pen, to a rearmost element (5) of said external body, comprises, inside a cylindrical housing in the rearmost element, a split frustoconical ring spring (7) designed to cooperate with a biconical milled part (4a, 4b) located near the rearmost part of the internal body.
