The present invention relates to a medical cutting tool, in which a configuration and a material quality of a shank portion and a cutting portion are configured as a double structure, so that a material of a main configuration portion is reduced to improve economic efficiency and to facilitate attaching and detaching, while securing an outstanding coupling power in a coupled state, having excellent durability and cutting force, and minimizing frictional heat. Moreover, damage on tissues due to the frictional heat of a cutting blade portion in a treatment process is prevented. The medical cutting tool coupled to a high-speed rotation apparatus for processing a hole at bone tissues of a human body according to the present invention includes: a shank portion having a connection part in one side thereof; a cutting blade portion having a coupling part detachably coupled to the connection part of the shank portion; a rotation prevention portion formed between the connection part of the shank portion and the coupling part of the cutting blade portion to prevent rotation in the rotary direction; and a coupling power maintaining device for maintaining a coupling power between the connection part of the shank portion and the coupling part of the cutting blade portion in the case of coupling, wherein the shank portion is formed of stainless materials, and the cutting blade portion is formed of zirconia (ceramic) materials. |
