PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable addition of a language file different from a standard language without updating controller firmware in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A storage device 12 stores controller firmware 21 including language files 21a of a standard language, and a storage device 17 stores a language file 41 including messages used for the creation of predetermined web page data. A language file management unit 32a (a) reads out, of the language files 21a of a standard language, the language file 21a of a standard language designated by a client device 3 from the storage device 12 and transmits the read-out language file to the client device 3, (b) receives a language file 41 of a language different from the standard language transmitted from the client device 3, and (c) stores the received language file 41 of the different language in the storage device 17 as a language file used for the creation of predetermined web page data. |
