Provided are a local vibration control device, and a local vibration control method applied to the same. According to the present invention, the local vibration control device cancels a vibration amount of a specific area having the highest contribution to generate a noise of a structure using an actuator and enables the outer area except the specific area to be arranged in a dual array form which controls the outer area to maintain a vibration state to efficiently reduce the radiation noise caused by vibration of the structure.
