<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular energy-absorbing beam which can sufficiently absorb impact energy even when a direction of impact load is shifted. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular energy-absorbing beam 30 is provided in a door body, extends in a direction intersecting with an impact load input direction and includes a bottom part 31 extending in a direction intersecting with an impact load input direction, a pair of sidewall parts 33, 34 linearly extending toward the impact load input direction side from both ends in a width direction of the bottom part 31 and gradually approaching each other with movement toward the tip, and a pair of top wall parts 36, 37 linearly extending in the impact load input direction side from respective tips of the sidewall parts 33, 34 and gradually approaching each other with an angle larger than that formed by a pair of sidewall parts with advancement toward the tip, wherein crooked parts 39 having the inside thereof projected are formed in respective intermediate parts on the impact load input direction side of a pair of sidewall parts 33, 34, and the bottom part 31, a pair of sidewall parts 33, 34 and a pair of top wall parts 36, 37 are integrally formed to form one closed cross section as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
