The present invention relates to a welding material used for laser-welding of stainless steel, and a welding joint unit manufactured thereof. The welding material comprises: 30.0-35.0 wt% of nickel (Ni), 15.0-19.0 wt% of chromium (Cr), 0.03-0.2 wt% of carbon (C), 0.2-1.5 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.2-1.5 wt% of silicon (Si), and the remaining consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities.
