Two or more boxes and a remote installation system which is connected to the at least two boxes via a network, remotely installs at least one among an operating system and an application program on at least one among the at least two boxes and develops a policy are included. The remote installation system includes: a development and operation center which develops and operates the application program and the policy; a central storage which stores at least one among the operating system and the application program; and a supply center which controls at least one among the operating system and the application program so that at least one among the operating system and the application program is transmitted from a first box cluster which includes at least one among the at least two boxes to a second box cluster which includes at least one among the at least two boxes and installed on the second box cluster following the policy. According to the present invention, it is possible to independently and efficiently operate the network and rapidly, stably and accurately install the operating system and the application program on a hardware device which accesses the network.
