The present invention relates to a vacuum pump installed in a vacuum container. The vacuum pump includes: a cylinder main body having a space installed inside and a moving hole; a cover connected to the cylinder main body and having an accommodation space inside; a piston unit installed in the accommodation space in order for an area to be exposed to the outside through the moving hole; and an elastic member wherein one side supports the lower part of the cover and the other side supports the piston unit. The piston unit includes: a division plate dividing the accommodation space into a first space in the upper part and a second space in the lower part and supporting the inner circumference of the cylinder main body when the cylinder main body moves; a barrel-shaped rod having a through hole and installed in the lower part of the division plate, wherein the rod is partially exposed to the outside through the moving hole; and a support installed at a lower end of the rod to be detached and including a connection hole connected to the inside of the rod. Therefore, the vacuum pump has a simple structure and reduces production costs. The vacuum pump also can be easily manufactured and can be easily maintained and repaired when damaged. |
