An apparatus for preparing a pellet feed of the present invention comprises: a pellet machining center for producing a solid feed through a grain heating and pressing procedure; a crumbler for crumbling the feed discharged from the pellet machining center; a cooler for blowing high-pressure air to the pellet feed discharged from the crumbler to dry and cool the pellet feed, and then separately discharging the dried and cooled pellet feed and the high-pressure air; a conveyor for conveying the pellet feed discharged from the cooler to a loading unit; a fine powder collecting hopper, in which the high-pressure air discharged from the cooler flows in and a feed fine powder in the high-pressure air is collected below; and a cyclone for receiving the air discharged from the fine powder collecting hopper to secondarily collect the feed fine powder in the air. The apparatus for preparing a pellet feed according to the present invention can collect the feed dust in the air discharged from the cooler more effectively, thereby reducing the loss of feed, and remarkably reducing air pollution and odor generation, thus preventing the occurrence of civil complaint. |
