The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus, and a method for providing a shortcut service. The method for providing a shortcut service by a smart device comprises: a phone number input step of receiving a specific phone number by an information input unit of the smart device; a phone number acquisition step of acquiring the specific phone number by first to N^th call routers installed in the smart device; a version checking step of checking the version of the first to N^th call routers; a specific phone number transmission step of transmitting the specific phone number to the shortcut service providing apparatus by any one call router of the latest version checked in the version checking step; and a shortcut service providing step of accessing a specific mobile page corresponding to shortcut information by a web browser of the smart device when any one call router receives the shortcut information corresponding to the specific phone number from the shortcut service providing apparatus. The method of the present invention enables a device user to simply access the specific mobile page only by inputting the specific phone number to the smart device.
